When you contact us

The enquiry form asks for your name, reply email, website link and optional note. We use these to respond, discuss a possible engagement and prevent misuse. Do not send customer records or health details through this form.

We process requests to take steps toward an engagement and, for business contacts, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Sending a request does not enrol you in marketing or authorize changes to your site.

Where the information goes

Cloudflare hosts the site and verifies the form’s security token with Turnstile. Resend sends your enquiry to our business inbox. We keep a short receipt record containing a random reference, a keyed digest, time, delivery state and provider message identifier. It contains no copy of your name, email, website or note.

Enquiry text remains in the email service and business correspondence. Cloudflare and Resend process service data under their applicable data-processing arrangements. Processing may take place outside the EEA; provider safeguards include standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare privacy information and Resend data handling describe their safeguards and retention.

Retention

We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle the enquiry, normally deleting inactive enquiries within 90 days of last contact when no engagement follows. Contract and accounting records, if an engagement follows, are retained according to their legal and operational requirements. Resend documents 30-day email and log retention on its standard plans. Receipt records have a 30-day cleanup policy, with cleanup also performed during normal form operation.

Cookies and security

We use no advertising or behavioural analytics. Turnstile checks whether a form request is legitimate and may process browser and network signals. Essential provider security mechanisms can apply. The form never asks for payment details, credentials or client health records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, by emailing Harri. Some records may need to remain to meet legal obligations or handle a dispute. You can complain to your local supervisory authority or Estonia’s Data Protection Inspectorate.
