Technical maintenance, availability/TLS checks, recoverable source and assets, and 30 minutes each month for one consolidated small content request.
No automatic enrolment or 24/7 service. Unused change time does not roll over. Larger work, extra pages, excess usage and domain, email, booking or payment-provider fees are agreed separately. No percentage of your revenue.
Cancel at month end with one month’s notice. You keep ownership and receive an export and account map when you leave.

The entry scope covers one domain, language and business; up to eight public content pages plus supplied legal pages, five featured offers and 50 approved assets.
New photography, substantial new writing, multilingual sites, new commerce or member systems, customer histories, custom apps, new PDFs and video/audio production need a separate estimate. Existing documents and media can move within the agreed asset inventory.
Cloudflare is the hosting destination. Platform, domain and third-party fees sit outside the migration price. You supply or review legal text with your adviser. We confirm rights and approved claims before publishing.
The written engagement records the acceptance criteria, schedule, cancellation and refund arrangements before payment. Unexpected work gets a change proposal with its price and effect. Replying or enquiring does not place an order.
A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Will my live site change immediately?
No. We agree the inventory, build a private preview and ask for your acceptance before a live switch. Domain and email records are checked and preserved.
What happens to my booking or shop?
Your existing provider accounts and hosted checkout links remain yours. We reconnect agreed paths. Replacing a shop, course system, member portal or customer history is outside the entry offer.
Can I run the site myself?
Yes. You receive source, content, assets, an account map and operating instructions. We agree hosting and editing arrangements during scope review. Ongoing care is optional.
Will this improve my SEO or AI visibility?
We repair the technical foundations: readable HTML, titles, descriptions, internal links, canonical URLs, sitemap, redirects and appropriate approved structured data. Rankings and AI recommendations are not guaranteed.
How long does it take?
We agree a launch window after checking the inventory, material and available capacity. The offer includes one design direction and two consolidated review rounds.
Is this a self-serve AI website builder?
